Always use a dedicated IP address
What do you mean by it? It means you should use a separate, dedicated, and permanent IP address for email dispatch. It should be other than your regular business IP addresses. Nowadays, people use advanced SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol server) for bulk Email. This server has special capabilities to handle the huge load. It can send emails quickly and compatible with any bulk emailing software.
Make use of a double opt-in list of contacts so that you are sure that the contacts agree to receive email from you. It reduces the probability of rejecting the mail.
Choose proper mail header
The email heading should never appear like a spam mail. When you use proper emailing software, it has a feature of rotating the email subject line. By that, the user gets a different mail header. Thus, email spamming handler doesn’t mark it as spam mail.
Never send email to inactive contacts
You should remove inactive email or contacts that didn’t open your mail in the past three or four times. It means, either the recipient is not interested, or it is not active.
